CardEx Announces Major Expansion to Bring Customer Service and Fulfillment In-House to Benefit Clients
Yorba Linda, CA (PRWEB) April 30, 2008 -- Card Express International (CardEx), a full service prepaid debit card provider for multi-national corporations, financial institutions, resellers and program managers announced a major business expansion earlier this month.
Corporate employees have relocated to a 10,000 square foot facility in Yorba Linda, CA with plans to expand to double this size within the next year. The new, expanded facility includes custom office suites, dedicated call center, separate IT development and testing, and a state-of-the art training facility for employees and clients. The company also has remote employees in several states in the Midwest and Eastern half of the country that are unaffected.
President and CEO Alan Safahi commented "By consolidating our operations in Yorba Linda, it affords the opportunity to fully implement new strategies as we grow. Chief among them is bringing two important functions, namely managed call center and card fulfillment, in-house to provide enhanced customer service, and greater control over the card ordering process and fulfillment. Both of these changes will benefit clients --- from all segments --- and allow CardEx to continue to offer extraordinary service."
The new office is strategically located between residential communities in Riverside County and major work hubs in Los Angeles County, thus providing company with easy access to employees that usually commute 2-3 hours per day in this corridor. Adds Safahi "our new location in the Savi Ranch Business Park affords us the opportunity to provide an attractive option to talented employees who wish to cut their commute time in half and spend more time at home with their loved ones".

How To Write a Resume: The Way To Your Employer's Heart
One of the first things that someone asks when competing for a profession, is this, how to come up with a resume that woos over your potential future employers. Though there is no one single way on how to produce a resume appropriately, here are some hints that will help you get back on track.
Customer Service For Huge Profits
Customer service is the most vital asset for Business
either it is online or offline. It's the critical factor
which determines if your business has a future or not.
The Right Way To Send Your Resume
Having a great resume is the first critical step in a successful job search. Unfortunately, most people don't know the best ways to get that resume noticed.
Why Businesses Today Fail - Part 1 Customer Service
The only way a business in our current century will ever last is if they put the customer as their number one goal. Each year there are so manyy new business popping up and most people wonder why over 95% of them will not make it past their first year. Originally I was just going to write a one page summary of what a business needs in order to survive but there is no way I can sum all of this up in only one page.
How to Improve Your Customer Service Call Center So You Can Achieve Double-Digit Response Rates
When your customers buy an important product from you, they trust your company will support them after the sale. In many companies, this trust is being violated. Customers are experiencing "customer service blow-offs" and translate these experiences into your company saying: "You've already bought. Now our priority is getting more new customers". "You want service? Go figure it out on the Web or wait on hold for one of our poorly trained customer service representatives".
